All of our pieces are made on a small scale, by hand, one at a time. Therefore, we request a deadline of up to 20 working days for production, but if we have this part in stock we will ship it within a week. If you need your jewelry for a specific date or within a shorter period of time, send us a message and we will do our best to assist you.

All items ordered at lumaspaggiari.com can be shipped can be shipped to national and international addresses excluding Russia. Please, be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.
Deliveries are handled through GLS (national orders) and FEDEX (international orders). All shipments that are sent by Luma Spaggiari are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.
We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00am till 8:00pm CET and Saturday from 9:00am till 2:00pm CET (except for public holidays in Barcelona). All Luma Spaggiari jewelry made to order will be ready for dispatch in 20 business days after the receipt of payment, longer if it is a customized piece. If you cannot wait, please contact us at info@lumaspaggiari.com and we will do our best to speed up the process.
When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect. When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email.

As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the tracking number. You will be able to check the status of your order using the link provided.
Duties and taxes
Non-EU and US shipments, as well as shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon entry into the country of destination over which we are unaware. Instead Spanish VAT is deducted upon checkout. Please note the customer is responsible for all customs duties and import taxes associated with the purchase.
Returns and Exchanges
All Luma Spaggiari pieces are handcrafted specially for you under request. We hope you order consciously and love all your Luma Spaggiari jewelry. But if this is not the case, you can return or exchange the piece within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt. Returns in EU and US are free for customers.
If you want to change the size of your ring, we offer a size change service during the 30 days after your purchase.

Conditions
You must return the products in perfect condition, unused and in their original box. If any returned item is dirty or damaged by the customer, it will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalised or made to order pieces.
How to make a return?
- Securely pack your merchandise. You are responsible for properly packaging, labeling and shipping the items. Returns in EU and US are free for customers.
- Attach our address to your return package.
- Please note that on all returns outside EU and US, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. Luma Spaggiari is not responsible for returns lost in transit, so we recommend including tracking and insurance for your protection.
- As soon as we have received the piece, we will examine it and execute the exchange or the return. You will receive an email confirming this action. In the case of product exhange or ring size change, our Customer Service team will contact you to organize the new shipment.
Please, note that this process may take a few days. As long as the piece is returned in its original condition, we will proceed to refund the total amount minus the shipping cost in both ways.
Taxes and duties may apply orders outside EU and US.
